Basement Waterproofing
If you’re a homeowner experiencing water infiltration problems in your home or basement, foundation cracks, bowing walls, indoor air quality concerns, or exterior drainage issues, Quality Waterproofing can help.
Waterproofing is more than just a one-time decision where you pick a contractor or basement waterproofing company to resolve your problem at the lowest price. It is a decision you are making for the life of your home, and with Quality Waterproofing the warranty lasts for the lifetime of the residence. It is important that you pick a company with the ability to not only do the job right, but also one with a historical track record and staying power to stand behind the work so that if there is ever an issue down the road, they will still be around and able to fix it. You need basement waterproofing experts.
We offer the following waterproofing services:
Interior Crack Repair
If you have a crack in your foundation wall causing water infiltration, Quality Waterproofing’s carbon fiber crack repair technique will eliminate leaks and strengthen your foundation wall at the same time. Carbon fiber crack repairs start at just $350, so give us a call today. If the carbon fiber repair method is not suited for the job, we can also use a more conventional injection method.
Interior Drainage

Quality Waterproofing can help. Our highly specialized perimeter relief system utilizes a DUAL DRAIN SYSTEM beneath your basement slab.
First, we remove a portion of the existing floor near the foundation wall and remove the old failed system and debris. Next, we install a drain alongside the footing AND our proprietary water channel system we developed years ago on top of the footing to divert water from the “cove” area to an installed sump basin that pumps water safely away from your home.
We’ve learned with our 60 years of experience that these two systems working in tandem is the MOST effective way to protect your hard earned investment from water pushing up beneath your home’s floor.
Sump Pump
A fully functional sump pump is crucial in removing pools of standing water resulting from heavy downpours or constant hydrostatic pressure (water that comes up from the ground). Our installation process is fast, seamless and extremely effective. We also highly recommend using a backup battery sump pump system to provide emergency power to your pump in the event of a power outage during a heavy storm, allowing it to continue running when you need it most.
Crawl Space Repair
If your crawl space is damp or musty, it can affect your entire house. Mold, mildew, and wood rot are all common byproducts of a crawl space high in moisture content. Quality Waterproofing offers a broad range of crawl space solutions including vapor barriers, our energy efficient EZ Breathe Dehumidifier, and much more. Give us a call today to improve your home’s health.
Window Wells
If your window well needs to be replaced, is holding water, or is the source of water leaking into your basement, we can help. Give us a call today to find out more.
We work with many of the area’s largest builders to provide high quality, efficient waterproofing services without impeding the construction process. Learn more about new construction practices and materials.
