Greg Dunn and Quality Waterproofing were very responsive when we had a sump pump problem. They were able to get a tech here even with the high workload after a storm, spotted the problem, and got it fixed quickly.

Also gave me an honest and fair assessment/bid, thoroughly explaining the process. Great attitude and enthusiasm! Greg performed the work, and he also had a positive attitude and energy! Very polite and professional, easy to engage with. The end result was better than I expected, and from the first call to the end was around two weeks.
